End of tour

After two weeks of touring we are looking forward to handing your children back to you! In all seriousness, we have all had an amazing time and the boys have been a credit to themselves, to you and to the school. We have had numerous comments praising their behaviour from members of public, from hosts, from hotel staff and staff involved in their activities. We have been really pleased with how they have performed on and off the field and feel they will take away many lessons from the experiences they have had. Thank you for your support and the comments on the blog. We wish all the boys the best for their rugby futures, hope you have a lovely summer.
See you in September
The L.A.D.S

Ps. We will be putting together a disc with photos and video footage from the tour. We will make this available in September.

  1. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you very much for all the updates and photographs throughout the tour. I am sure that all the boys (and staff) had a great time and will remember this experience for a very long time. I see from the photographs that Jack was still smiling even though he was unable to fully participate in the remaining activities due to his injury on the 3rd day! Mummy says no more Rugby - stick to cricket! Congratulations to all the boys, you deserve a well earned rest now - we've missed you!

  3. SOOOOO glad you are all back safe and sound on English ground ..... those last few days were killing me! The blog was amazing and, I fear, you would have had several more phone calls from parents checking their children were ok if you had not had that (thanks to Nick Smith for his time and effects on Blog). Tom has been home 3.5 hours and has not stopped talking the whole time. So much so, that I had to feed him just for some peace and quiet. He absolutely 100% loved everything about it. Many, many, MANY thanks for everything you L.A.D.S. have done for us and I hope you have enjoyed Australia as much as the boys did. You have yourselves a fantastic relaxing summer - you all deserve it. Sarah, Steve, Jake & Tommy Probert X0X0X0X0X0X
